Duties
- Provide administrative support
- Perform a variety of ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Handling Phone Calls & Filling
- Keying in of invoices and payment
- Assist in accounts filing, AR & AP Reports
- Manage external and internal communications, while building relationships with the sales, operations (Kitchen) and administrative teams.
- Processing orders, invoices, and various reports.
