This is an Admin Executive role in the Practice Operations team at the current SAP Partner of the Year. This is a fast-paced and challenging role with the opportunity to broaden your experience.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the office daily operations
  • Oversee office facilities services and maintenance activities
  • Involve in office space management, lease negotiations and other facilities related activities (renovations or relocations if any)
  • Support in business continuity activities and records management
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings and staff engagement activities
  • Facilitate internal communications
  • Assist to update and implement Company Policies
  • Support staff on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Support business related travel activities (flight, hotel, etc.)
  • Central procurement of office supplies, printing, furniture, IT equipment, corporate gifts, etc.
  • Management of company\xe2\x80\x99s assets, including IT equipment and corporate collateral / gifts
  • Handle the incoming/outgoing mails and courier (local & overseas)
  • Collate vendor invoices with supporting documents and forward to Finance Team for payment processing
  • Handle any other ad-hoc office duties; occasionally on weekends (less than 5 times per year) as assigned by manager
  • Handle all secondees housing arrangements including coordinating with company\xe2\x80\x99s realtor on house searching, keeping update on the house rental, house maintenance, cleaning and other related areas
  • Answer and direct all phone calls and providing excellent customer service (polite phone manners, greeting guests/visitors)
  • Other ad-hoc tasks pertaining to the day-to-day operations in the company
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma with 1 year of proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or similar role
  • Need to have attention to details, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to plan one\'s own work, meet deadlines, use initiative, be proactive/resourceful
  • A must to have a sense of responsibility, self-motivated, independent, meticulous, analytical mind and discipline.
  • Able to multi-task and complete complex administrative tasks
  • Has tack, integrity, discreet and high respect for confidentiality
  • Possess good writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Application like Microsoft word, Microsoft excel & Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Keen learner and able to work in fast pace environment
  • Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
  • Experience in handling secondee housing matter will be considered a plus.

  • Confident in communicating and presenting at a business level to MNC clients.
