Reporting to the facilities manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll provide superior feedback logging services\xe2\x80\x94receiving and logging complaints containing complete details of the requests that may comes in the form of calls, whatsapp and email. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also follow up on the progress of each request by coordinating with respective assignees and monitoring their response time.Furthermore, you\xe2\x80\x99ll keep tabs on feedback and communicate with the requestor to ensure the closure of the task. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also prepare daily and weekly reports on call status, as well as monthly reports on recurring calls. Assisting facilities manager in conducting analyses is also within your scope.Programming Access for Occupants and TenantsPart of your key task is to manage the card access and facial recognition system and facilitate the onboarding of new occupants and tenants in the building. You have to collaborate with the various stakeholders and department to ensure the required information are provided as well as work with the vendor to print users access pass and program users access into the system. You will guide the users on any technical difficulties and assist with any issues relating to their access. You play an important role in providing a positive onboarding experience to the new occupants and as such ensuring their access are programmed within the timeline is essential. Likewise, you will help with the termination of access for any users when they depart from the buildingCreating Works Orders and Tracking ExpenditureYou will assist the team in raising work orders to vendors to carry out maintenance work and repair to the building. You will also help to process invoices from the vendors and work with the team to verify the job completion. Proper tracking of expenditures and client billing is important to ensure works are paid promptly and you will play an essential role in consolidating and tracking on our works order and billing status.Performing other ad hoc tasksAs an expert in the field, you must be flexible in taking other responsibilities aside from your core tasks. Part of your mandate is to contribute to the monthly management report for our clients. Likewise, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with the team in processing invoices.Likewise, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working side-by-side with both engineering and facilities departments in handling our contractors and developing operational procedures. Ensuring workplace safety is also within your scope. To do this, you\xe2\x80\x99ll actively participate in health and safety reviews and identify potential risks. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also participate in emergency evacuation procedures as needed.Sound like you?
