  • Responsibilities
  • Manage filing system, phone calls and correspondences in a timely and proficient manner.
  • Provide administrative support pertaining to contracts or finance matters to agents.
  • Manage helpdesk services and escalate request to respective parties.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations.
  • Follow up on contractual documents, reminders and preparation of progress reports.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary, and other general administrative duties/task including assignments given by immediate supervisor.
Requirement
  • Singaporean only
  • Able to handle Chinese-speaking client
  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/"O" Level.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in customer service or an administrative role is required for this position.
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft.
  • Service Oriented, Phone Etiquette.
  • Hardworking, team player, self-driven, willing to learn and able to take initiative.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to commence work ASAP.
