Job Responsibilities
To perform the full spectrum of coordination and administrative duties, including data entry, documents filling, etc.
Efficient document management such as printing and filing of the documents
Assist with day to day operations of the office
Monitoring of pantry & office supplies
Handle accounts payable function
Verify and ensure all freight invoices are checked & recorded accurately
Process payments to suppliers and handle suppliers\' inquiries for any payment related matters
Handle petty cash and monthly staff expenses claim
Other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
Handle in maintaining of workers timesheets to process
Updating of suppliers/ vendors list
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Experienced or willing to learn administrative work including Accounting
