Job Description

• Basic up to $3200
• Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.35pm
• Jurong East

Job Scope:

• Manage customer expectations, interface between operations and customer to resolve problems;
• Follow up on customer requests and issues and provide timely responses to achieve optimum satisfaction level;
• Responsible for order fulfillment of customers;
• Liaise with customers on order processing / delivery requirement;
• Analyze data and sales forecast for customer order pattern analysis, demand, forecast and stock fluctuation to work on stock replenish and shipping plan;
• Monitor and check on operational issue. Improvement and prevention action for reoccurrence.
• Check on daily operation and order management, close and solve the issue arise.
• Preparation of reports as required by Management as well as customer

Additional Information:

• At least 1 year relevant experience
• Experience in SAP or similar order management system
