Benefits Summary:
- UP $3000
- 5 days Monday-Friday (AM session: Mon - Fri, 830am to 615pm
- Yio Chu Kang/ Jurong East
- Assists in overall operation of the department and manage matters pertaining to student admission, contract administration, orientation, enrolment, academic proporate governance, academic processes and quality assurance requiremegress, attendance, international student visa, payment, study progression and graduation.
- Assists in scheduling of timetables and lecturers\' teaching assignments for class preparation including e-teaching, e-submission & e-marking platform.
- Maintain databases, files & records, documentations for audit compliance and ensure adherence to cornts.
- Assess and provide relevant and timely feedback on achievements, progress and developmental needs in order to identify and enhance areas of improvements.
- Liaise with various stakeholders, related departments and organizations to ensure programmes run smoothly.
- To adhere to all statutory regulations and to Policies & Procedures.
- To undertake any reasonable duties as required.
