Working Location: Singapore (Changi Airport)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consolidate and send manpower supply timesheets from various divisions for approval and payment
  • Work closely with the Supervisor and Ops Manager for any other administrative work
  • Assist in the hardcopy compilation of company/ Labour Supply Annual Leave form, MC, petty cash, medical claim for Manager\xe2\x80\x99 approval and submit to Human Resource
  • Raise allowances and transfer forms and submit to Ops Manager for approval before routing to Human Resource
  • Submit internal and external monthly headcount and manhour report
  • Assist Ops Manager on any other ad-hoc duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level/ITE/Diploma with at least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in operations administrative field
  • Highly independent and meticulous.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
