Build your experience by being part of a high-level support team for an International Law firm. No experience needed, you will be given on-the-job training

1) Be one of our two receptionists. Receiving our clients and visitors, answering enquiries. Answering, screening and directing incoming calls to the appropriate person, and if necessary, to take messages accurately and forwarded the messages on a timely basis.

2) Supporting meetings/events support. Work with our secretaries and event co-ordinator on F&B requirements.

3) Work with our team of legal secretaries in some of the printing and binding requirements.

4) Work with our Operations Manager on new premises work. This is an opportunity to learn end-to-end planning for a new office space. For eg, you will learn seat planning using a system programme, collate information by conducting office survey, arrange new equipment, furniture testing, source for new security system etc

5) General admin work such as facilities co-ordination, expenses, invoices payment where necessary.
