- Provide full secretarial and administrative support
- Responsible for all correspondence, emails, meetings arrangements and ensure proper dissemination and follow up
- Communicate and liaise with internal departments and external contacts
- Maintain documentation and filing system
- Perform strong administrative and other ad-hoc tasks assigned such as quotation, filing and archiving of documents.
- Having knowledge of arranging work for Operations department
