Looking to gain hands-on experience in logistics and administration? Join our client, a well-established security company in Singapore, and learn how real operations run behind the scenes. This internship offers valuable exposure to logistics coordination, inventory management, and office administration within a dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities

Assist in inventory tracking, stock-taking, and logistics record updates Support order processing, delivery scheduling, and coordination Prepare and manage logistics documentation such as delivery orders, invoices, and stock lists Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, report preparation, and purchase requests Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
