Position

We are looking for a Logistics intern to join our team!

Job responsibilities

Handling of Inbound shipments for all mode of transports. Identify and rectify any issues for CITES inbound shipping documentation. Application for CITES Stock Card, Pre-signed, Cancellation and Renewal of CITES Permit. Inventory Management on SAP system (post Events for ATA Carnets/Temporary Import). Support in shipping documents retrieval for Events/ATA Carnets. Liaison with country logistics and Local Warehouse Team. Reconciliation of the pending incoming shipments.

Internship, able to commit for 6 months for a full-time internship from January to June 2026


The intern must be an independent individual who is detailed oriented and meticulous, highly adaptable, and flexible to accept new ideas, people, and procedures.


Experience in Microsoft Excel is preferred.


An organized individual with the ability to perform under pressure & tight deadlines and deal with ambiguity.
