1. To provide training for admin staffs on a regular basis, including work requirements, company rules and regulations, etc.
2. Familiarise with the company’s fee charging system and work together with the operating staff to ensure the smooth running of the system.
3. Coordinate all administrative affairs of the company, including arranging admin work schedule, weekly work priorities and precautions.
4. Manage the reservation and distribution of all administrative resources of the company.
5. Other assigned administrative work.
