Job Description


  • General business support and regional office management.
  • Overseeing general finance, HR and logistic functions
  • Handle day to day regional office admin duties
  • Assist office management including general upkeep and maintenance of office and office equipment, support company events and activities when required.
  • Hiring and recruitment
  • Attendance management
  • Employee benefits management
  • Developing, enforcing, and updating company policies
  • Handles daily sales settlement
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors
  • Manages petty cash and claims
Requirements
  • HR/business diploma or above with minimum of 3 to 5 years experience and above.
  • A high degree of integrity, energetic, responsible and meticulous
  • Team player and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill and able to work in team/autonomously
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and cross-functional teams
