MasterHand is a Student Care Centre that has 15 years of experience in education and has expanded over the past years to provide a myriad of services, ranging from Student Care to tuition. In order to maintain the high standards that we demand of ourselves, we are constantly on the look-out for dedicated and professional teachers and staff. Currently, MasterHand is looking for an administrator that will be taking care of Student Care related matters. The following points detail the job scope of administrator: Job Scope 1. Daily communication with parents (e.g., absence, attendance homework) 2. Communication with potential parents (e.g., tuition, centre's programme) 3. Manage teachers' roster and working schedule (e.g., leave, MC etc) - reschedule work routine 4. Manage centre's administration (e.g., stationery, maintenance of equipment and facilities, liaise with vendors) 5. Support kitchen, manage children's arrival, health check 6. Monitor children's work (e.g., CCA, homework) 7. Manage children's departure and update parents on matters of concern if any 8. Regularly post updates on our social media platforms (i.e. Facebook) 9. Be able to design brochures and flyers Applicant Criteria - Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese. - IT-savvy and familiar with Zoom and common office software. - Good with Facebook, Instagram etc and other social media platforms. - Preferably with prior working experience in an Education Centre. - Degree in Education is preferred We hope that you will seriously consider being a part of our dedicated and professional group of educators
