Job description

  • Provide administrative support to the Centre Head, teaching staff and school committee members
  • Carry out duties related to the general running of the school such as office duties, procurement, facilities management and housekeeping
  • Manage the admissions process from enquiries to the actual enrolment of children
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries and requests from staff and parents
  • Develop solid relationships with staff and parents
  • Develop tools, checklists and procedures to assist staff and parents more efficiently.
Job Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for details
  • Excellent communication skills - both spoken and written
  • Able to interact and engage different levels of stakeholders
  • Proactive attitude with good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task; not afraid to \'get hands dirty\'
  • Work location at Thomson area (near Upp Thomson MRT)
  • Able to work Mondays to Fridays from 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Based in Singapore and does not require work permit
