DESIGNATION : Admin Officer (FAM@FSC)




RESPONSIBILITIES

Front Desk and Communication Management:




Serve as the first point of contact to welcome and assist visitors; respond promptly to general enquiries about our services. Manage reception duties, including handling emails and phone calls, and directing queries to the appropriate departments. Oversee and maintain the appointment scheduling and room booking systems.

Administrative Support:




Perform core administrative duties such as data entry, coordinating staff appointments, and preparing reports. Provide logistical support for meetings and events, including room arrangements and preparation of meeting materials.

Office/System Management:




Coordinate office maintenance and repairs; run errands and liaise with external vendors as required. Work closely with Shared Services teams (e.g., IT, Finance, HR) to facilitate administrative processes and resolve issues promptly. Manage office inventory and procurement of pantry and office supplies, ensuring an organised and efficient workspace.




QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum GCE "A" Level qualification, with at least 5 years of experience in office administration, HR, or finance operations. Proficient in English (both spoken and written), with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
