Admin Officer (bus And Parts Sales)

Job Description

  • Handles parts enquiry and quotation.
  • Process Purchase Order to Sales Order.
  • Raise Purchase Requisition to Purchaser.
  • Prepare DO to customers.
  • Prepare invoices weekly.
  • Update customers on parts supercession.
  • Update new prices on SAP system.
  • Verify document for all claim warranty parts and arrange to return to workshops.
  • Attend to feedbacks and enquiries via phone calls and emails.
  • Assist in office admin tasks and perform other duties when assigned by reporting superior.
Job Requirements
  • "N" or "O" Level and above.
  • Sales inclined (Motivated by working in sales field).
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of SAP application.
  • Pro-active and good follow up skills.
  • Able to commence work immediately.
  • Only Singaporeans need apply.
  • 6 months temporary contract basis.
