JOB DESCRIPTION

\xe2\x80\x8b

1. Support and assist Bus Fleet Management Department on day-to-day general administrative duties

2. Perform administrative tasks such as routine data entry assignments of bus scheduling into company\xe2\x80\x99s Scheduler etc

3. Upkeep records and reports up to date on YTMS for bus fleet

4. Attend to customer queries (calls/emails) and bus booking on a timely manner

5. Perform invoicing to customers (Quote to Invoice)

6. Coordinate with Finance on timely billing and collection from customers

7. Provide administrative support to ensure up-to-date bus fleet compliance for road tax, insurance, maintenance schedule, parking and fuel card management

8. Any other duties as assigned by the Management

REQUIREMENTS

\xef\x82\xa7 Minimum O Level or equivalent in any discipline

\xef\x82\xa7 At least 1 year of relevant work experience

\xef\x82\xa7 Good interpersonal skills and good command of written and spoken English

\xef\x82\xa7 Proficiency in Microsoft applications especially MS Excel skills

\xef\x82\xa7 Computer literate and tech-savvy

\xef\x82\xa7 Able to respond to daily operational contingencies effectively in a fast-paced environment

\xef\x82\xa7 Strong work ethics, team player, detailed and meticulous

\xef\x82\xa7 Team player with positive working attitude
