JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Support and assist Bus Fleet Management Department on day-to-day general administrative duties
2. Perform administrative tasks such as routine data entry assignments of bus scheduling into company\xe2\x80\x99s Scheduler etc
3. Upkeep records and reports up to date on YTMS for bus fleet
4. Attend to customer queries (calls/emails) and bus booking on a timely manner
5. Perform invoicing to customers (Quote to Invoice)
6. Coordinate with Finance on timely billing and collection from customers
7. Provide administrative support to ensure up-to-date bus fleet compliance for road tax, insurance, maintenance schedule, parking and fuel card management
8. Any other duties as assigned by the Management
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum O Level or equivalent in any discipline
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Good interpersonal skills and good command of written and spoken English
Proficiency in Microsoft applications especially MS Excel skills
Computer literate and tech-savvy
Able to respond to daily operational contingencies effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethics, team player, detailed and meticulous
Team player with positive working attitude
