Scheduling and Business Admin Portal Management: \xc2\xb7 Manage the organization\xe2\x80\x99s scheduling system \xc2\xb7 Maintain and oversee the Business Admin Portal, ensuring its accuracy and functionality 2. Email Handling and Enquiry Responses: \xc2\xb7 Handle incoming emails and respond promptly to inquiries 3. Customer Satisfaction Monitoring: \xc2\xb7 Download monthly reports from the Customer Satisfaction Dashboard \xc2\xb7 Analyse and check customer satisfaction scores, identifying areas for improvement 4. Business Data Management: \xc2\xb7 Manage and consolidate business data, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility when needed 5. Audit Findings and Service Level Reporting: \xc2\xb7 Collate monthly summaries of audit findings \xc2\xb7 Highlight any lapses or deviations against Service Level Agreements 6. Invoicing: \xc2\xb7 Handle the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of invoices 7. On-site Support for Programme Implementation: \xc2\xb7 Provide on-site support to operations teams during the implementation of programme, offering logistical and administrative assistance as required Qualifications and Skills: \xc2\xb7 Diploma or GCE A Level with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience. \xc2\xb7 Good customer service, strong communication and time management skills \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft programmes (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc) \xc2\xb7 Experienced in scheduling meeting and activities \xc2\xb7 Experienced in invoicing \xc2\xb7 Experienced in customer service \xc2\xb7 Preferred to be meticulous and comfortable working with numbers Working Place: Outram Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $2,800.00 per month Schedule:
