Verify and process purchase orders and facilitate the processing of sales orders.
Generate Delivery Orders and Invoices.
Handle cash and cheque collections, maintain a daily sales register file, manage banking transactions, and liaise with the finance team.
Manage local purchases for resale, initiate payment requests, and follow up on payments.
Provide support for the daily operations of the Sales and Administration Department.
Undertake administrative tasks, including general filing, managing logistics documentation, and coordinating shipments with local and overseas forwarders.
Carry out additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum N Level.
Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and adeptness in multitasking.
Proficiency in Microsoft software.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a valuable team member.
Working hours: Mon Fri, 9am 6pm
