Job Description


:

:
  • Verify and process purchase orders and facilitate the processing of sales orders.
  • Generate Delivery Orders and Invoices.
  • Handle cash and cheque collections, maintain a daily sales register file, manage banking transactions, and liaise with the finance team.
  • Manage local purchases for resale, initiate payment requests, and follow up on payments.
  • Provide support for the daily operations of the Sales and Administration Department.
  • Undertake administrative tasks, including general filing, managing logistics documentation, and coordinating shipments with local and overseas forwarders.
  • Carry out additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum N Level.
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and adeptness in multitasking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a valuable team member.
  • Working hours: Mon Fri, 9am 6pm
