Shift work, (9am \xe2\x80\x93 6.30pm / 12pm \xe2\x80\x93 9.30pm), public holidays and weekends
Location: Changi Airport
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for Order provisioning
- Provide support for B2B account provisioning and billing
- Data entry
- Prepare selling stock for Reseller and Shop booth.
- Stock Take
- Prepare and generate weekly provisioning report.
- Perform and abide to all Operational & Sales Procedures and reports.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
- Min. GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 level and above
- Prior experience in logistic industry, administrative support or Data entry role will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills and a team player
- Must be able to do shift work (9am \xe2\x80\x93 6.30pm / 12pm \xe2\x80\x93 9.30pm), public holidays and weekends, and within Airport vicinity.
- Training will be provided.
- Prior experience in logistic industry, administrative support or Data entry role will be bonus.
