About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Admin & Operations Assistant to support the daily tasks of our growing student care centres. You'll handle administrative duties, payments and logistics, and gradually assist in preparing our digital systems for automation.
Your Key Tasks
- Process payments and reimbursements for teachers and staff
- Track outstanding fees, generate and issue receipts
- Prepare attendance lists and check weekly enrolments
- Coordinate outing logistics (e.g. booking tickets, confirming headcount)
- Handle basic communications with parents (follow-up on payments, reminders)
- Help our team with simple design updates (e.g. Canva newsletters or flyers)
- Support with salary or food expense entries, as directed
- Learn to use Microsoft Teams and other simple tools (training provided)
What You Bring
- Organized, reliable and responsive
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and Canva
- Willingness to learn and improve processes
- English-speaking, other languages (Mandarin/Malay) a plus
- Experience in education/admin/operations is a bonus -- but not required
