Job Description
- Oversee day to day trucking operations, handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate with customers, manage and ensure delivering of shipments
- Address and resolve any operational challenge Work closely with operation team to ensure good condition of container upon arrival at the customer\'s premises
Job Requirement
- Relevant working experience in transporation management preferred
- Able to work overtime when required
- With/Without experience are welcome
