Twice a month: 7:00am start (based on lunar calendar)
Some Sundays & Public Holidays required (extra day's pay provided)
Responsibilities 1. Call regular customers daily based on customer list & call schedule. 2. Prepare invoices in Excel system and send monthly statements. 3. Reconcile driver collections & customer transfers, ensuring payments tally. 4. Provide customer service and handle complaints/recovery. 5. Coordinate orders & delivery routes. 6. Update customer records accurately. 7. Assist team with general tasks to support daily operations. Skills & Requirements
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Bilingual to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers.
Good communication skills, confident in handling payments and complaints.
Team player with respectful, drama-free attitude.
Commitment of at least 2 years preferred (due to training investment).
