Job Description

Position: Admin & Sales Coordinator
Location: Hougang, Singapore
Salary : $2000 - $2500 basic
Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Twice a month: 7:00am start (based on lunar calendar)
  • Some Sundays & Public Holidays required (extra day's pay provided)
Responsibilities
1. Call regular customers daily based on customer list & call schedule.
2. Prepare invoices in Excel system and send monthly statements.
3. Reconcile driver collections & customer transfers, ensuring payments tally.
4. Provide customer service and handle complaints/recovery.
5. Coordinate orders & delivery routes.
6. Update customer records accurately.
7. Assist team with general tasks to support daily operations.
Skills & Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Bilingual to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers.
  • Good communication skills, confident in handling payments and complaints.
  • Team player with respectful, drama-free attitude.
  • Commitment of at least 2 years preferred (due to training investment).
