Answer enquiries to customers who call or text.
Prepare and generate quotation, delivery order and invoice.
Liaise and coordinate with clients to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Assist in preparing and updating monthly sales data.
Maintain good and traceable documentations.
Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
Requirement :-
Minimum one year of sales support or admin experience.
Skilled in basic office skills (excel,word).
Ability to multi tasks and work under pressure.
