Handle administration support on the full cycle of training-related matters for employees such as planning training system, training scheduling, enrolment, and ensuring instructors and related resources are available.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (including contractors) on the training matters.
Liaise with third-party training providers on the external training-related matters from training scheduling, sourcing for training courses, issuance of PR/PO, invoicing, etc.
Support in the budgeting and forecasting the expensed to match with department plan.
Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to reflect the current trend or requirements.
Assist with training materials development.
Support in managing and maintaining resource library (training materials, web-based training material, training videos, etc.).
Perform training administration duties, maintain of training records, training completion monitoring, preparation of training reports, updating and management of course evaluation results, etc.
Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering/Business Studies.
Minimum of 2 years\' experience in handling the operational support / training management for Engineering field.
Well-versed in using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP / Pivot Table).
Good analytical thinking, strong communication and good interpersonal skills.
A meticulous, organized, and resourceful team player.
