Responsibilities

• Ensure depot logistics are compiled accurately and circulated by targeted time daily
• Ensure service entry keying in SAP pertaining from contractors are accurate
• Monitor budget utilisation for contracts
• Perform task as training coordinator for depot
• Assist in company events and other depot administrative matters

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Candidate should possess at least a Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required
• Proficient in MS Office
