Ensure circulars and SOPs/Work instructions are circulated to ground staff timely
Ensure attendance and HR matters are updated timely and accurately in the relevant systems
Manage Bus Captains\' administrative matters
Ensure the Bus Captains\' leave quota for the Depot are adhered to
Assist in depot events
Qualifications & Work Experience
Candidate should possess at least a Diploma
At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
