  • Handle incoming customer enquires via service hotline/email and dispatching jobs to Project/Service Engineers
  • Daily service order processing
  • Ensure preventive maintenance order list is well prepared weekly
  • Ensure service quotations, contracts are well managed
  • Maintain daily/monthly report for Project/Service Engineers
  • Coordinate and communicate with Project/Service Engineers and other business support function for post installation operation
  • Ensure all spare part inventories are well tracked and tools inventory are calibrated on time
  • Work with internal/external team for documentation submission and data filing.
  • Work with vendor to purchase new tools, calibration of tools and raising of support ticket
  • Work with quality control, project, service team to assist recall project for product and spare parts
  • Work with logistics on return of defective goods or exchange and raise for RMA
Job Requirements:
  • 2 years working experience with minimum 1 year\'s experience in handling Administration, Order Processing and Customer Service
  • Basic knowledge of logistics / security field equipment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
  • Pleasant personality and proactive mindset
  • Good team player and able to multitask under tight timelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Good command of spoken & written English
