【仕事内容】 ・必要書類の準備および作成 ・書類の翻訳 ・データ入力 ・請求書発行 ・顧客対応
【給与】 Up to_$4,000(経験による)
【応募資格】 ・事務の業務経験をお持ちの方 ・MS Officeが使用できる方 ・ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方(社内外でのコミュニケーションに必要なため)
======================================= Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and check documents for data integrity and to comply with security policies
  • Translate simple documents
  • Obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Enter data into database and upload files and forms
  • Process to requests for information and access relevant files
  • Monitor clients’ remittance status and account balance
  • Prepare and send clients’ invoices and follow up payments
  • Respond promptly to correspond inquiries and request on a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Business level Japanese to communicate with Japanese customers in Japan
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Some admin or clerical experience
  • Experience in customer service would be an advantage
  • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidentiality
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
