Roles & Responsibilities ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES


  • Application of Changi Airport visitor and seasonal pass for employees.
  • Registration of QSM Training / Certification with SIRS and CAG for relevant Changi Orientation Programme date + Commercial QSM Training test for all employees
  • Monitor and track renewal / cancellation / expiry of Airport Passes and Changi Orientation Programme date + Commercial QSM Training Certifications to ensure no disruptions to operations at all times.
  • Application of commercial vehicle pass for loading bay access.
  • Changi Airport Group (CAG) counting and sorting of vouchers for month end submission to CAG finance department.
  • QSM incentive vouchers collection from CAG and disbursement to retail stores.
  • Tracking of complaint and compliment cases and submit appeal on disqualified cases through CAG portal.
  • Monthly staff strength submission of all retail stores to CAG portal before deadline.
  • Monthly staff acknowledgement forms for QSM vouchers collection duly signed by staff upon receipt of vouchers.
  • Stationery orders for all retail stores and airport office.
  • Thermal roll orders for all retail stores.
  • Miscellaneous non-stock procurements: safe, hardware, staff nametag, hangtag, shopping bags and packaging materials, manual receipt books, exchange rate stands... etc.
  • Coordinate store manager weekend duty schedule and update operation movement chart.
  • Colour printing and binding or training and project materials.
  • Arrange and schedule booking of training room slots for in-house product or brand training sessions.
  • Issue non-stock purchase order for uniform and packaging materials.
  • Manage uniform inventory and allocation to retail staff.
  • Laise with cleaning services management on contractual and any adhoc cleaning needed by retail stores and renewal of contracts.
  • Other supporting duties as and when assigned or required.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Admin or relevant discipline
  • Pleasant personality
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge to support Managers in preparing reports and presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management scheduling and planning
  • Able to multi task, set priorities and work under tight schedule.
  • Merticulous and attention to detail
