Working Hours



Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break Fridays: 9:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Requirements



GCE 'O' levels and/or Relevant WSQ certificates Basic Knowledge in wordprocessing At least 5 years working experience in similar position Strong professional phone etiquette Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Key Responsibilities



Answer incoming calls. Attend to walk-in customers at front desk. Attend to students who are unwell and informing their parents of the students' condition. Provide admin support for management of students under financial assistance schemes. Manage refreshment orders for meetings and visits. Maintenance of stationery store, including isssuing, monitoring, and replenishment of stock. Fax, photocopy, laminate and bind documents. Record incoming and outgoing mails. Manage staff mail tray in office regularly. Sort and distribute brochures to staff/students. Booking of bus transportation for students. Print class lists, update teachers and students information and generate reports etc. * Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by P/VP/AM
