The Talent
Able to speak/read both English and mandarin
Previous administrative experience
Basic Excel skills
Organized, Systematic, structured and detail oriented.
Able to multitask effectively and handle work under tight timelines.
Clear communicator and able to work effectively in a Team
The Job
Administrative duties for mail in-and-out, original documentation handling, business travel, new hires and leavers, leave tracking and general tasks for smooth operations
Support the Asst Relationship Managers in the processing of specific transactions
Update and support the data archival of digital documents in the system
Ensure that data collected complies with company and local regulation and procedures
Data retrieval and simple liaison duties
