Admin/HR Executive
Staff records/leave management/expense claims/staff timesheets
General electronic filing
Administrative support as required
Handles hospitalization/outpatient medical plans for confirmed staff
Coordinates with third party payroll outsourced vendor for salary payments
Handles work permit/S-Pass, E-Pass applications if required
Prepare employee job offers and maintain employee data in HR system
Coordinates interviews for staff
Posting of jobs in selected portals and candidates screening/interviewing
Must have good phone, email and in person communication skills in English
Proficiency with MS Office
Organized and multi-tasking
Part time employees (0.5 FTE) will be considered if candidate does not wish to work full time but must have own laptop
Pay will be commensurate with qualifications and experience ($2200 to $2800 per month)
