Job Description

: - Handle all incoming calls and related admin tasks - Attend to walk-in customers - Handle workers payroll and expenses. - Assist in purchasing, PO preparation and input of suppli : - Handle all incoming calls and related admin tasks - Attend to walk-in customers - Handle workers payroll and expenses. - Assist in purchasing, PO preparation and input of supplier bills. - Process pass application/renewal of work passes in EPOnline and WPOnline and handle all MOM related requirements. - Prepare workers'contract and handle related concerns. - Facilitate booking/handling of courses for staff and workers. - Maintain and update HR records for workers and staff. - Handle processing/renewal of insurance policies (for company and staff). - Maintain filing of accounting and related documents - Perform other related ad hoc tasks as assigned by management. Job Requirements: - Immediate position. Immediate availability will be an added advantage. - Preferably have at least 2 years working experience in a similar role - Proficient in basic MS-Office (word, excel, etc) - Proficient in Quickbooks (preferably, training will be provided if no experience) - Able to multitask, meticulous, organised, adaptive and trainable to learn new skills. - Team player, with a positive working attitude and a higher level of responsibility. - Candidate must have at least have a Diploma/NITEC/Degree or equivalent Please email CV to [HIDDEN TEXT] Visit us at 51 Ubi Avenue 1, #05-19 Paya Ubi Industrial Park, (S) 408933 Tel.
