Full spectrum of HR duties, including recruitment, performance management, training & development administration, etc.
Provide office administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the organization including managing office supplies, stationeries, incoming mail, and vehicle administration.
Responsible for the recruitment process including advertising, interview, selection, onboarding, etc
Payroll processing for all employees (80-90 headcounts).
Maintain proper documentation of employee records.
Work pass application/renewal/cancellation of foreign employees.
Verification of invoices and payment for invoices.
Handle incoming calls and attend to visitors.
Assist in all human resource functions and administrative matters of the company.
Benefits Management Administration of medical and insurance claims (H&S and Workmen Compensation, petty cash claims, medical fees & etc)
Handle queries on HR policies and insurance policies.
Responsible for HR monthly reports.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of human resource management experience is required for this position.
Familiar with Employment Act and HR-related policies.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Need to deal with all issues of foreign workers.
Willing to multi-task and have a sense of urgency.
Able to work well as a team and independently.
