Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
Assist in full recruitment process which includes placing of job advertisements, sourcing and shortlisting suitable profiles by using databases, social media etc
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions via emails and calls
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications, Conduct first round of screening and arrange for interviews
Handle onboarding and offboarding of candidates
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation as \xe2\x80\x9cbest place to work\xe2\x80\x9d
Making offer to shortlisted candidates and make any necessary negotiations
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements and skills
No Min. qualification, Diploma in any field preferred
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
Keen and passionate to learn
Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc), comfortable with making calls and interacting with candidates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
