Oscar Huang & Associates Is an insurance company that strives for excellence and provide services at their utmost best. Led by Oscar, Financial Services Director and Joanna, Financial Services Associate Director.Job scope:

  • Assisting day to day back end work of they agency
  • Assisting in associates directors needs and processes
  • Assisting in creation of PowerPoints, record tracking, etc
  • Creation of certificate designs etc
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office is preferred - Word, Excel, PowerPointProblem solving skills is required.Requirements:
  • Minimum Qualification: A level / Diploma above\xe2\x80\xa2 A least a 6 month experience in admin/office work
  • Commit Monday to Friday working hours: 9am to 6pm (working hours may change during special events)
  • Proficient in Written and Spoken English and Basic Mandarin
  • At least 6 month for Part-Timer
