Key responsibilities: 1. Provide Secretarial Support to the Managing Director. 2. Maintenance of office supplies e.g. stationery requisition, pantry items, pantry/office equipment, postage stamps etc. 3. Handling of administrative matters e.g. arrangement of courier services, mailing of letters, ensure that pantries and meeting rooms are well equipped and well maintained, onboarding preparation for new hires etc. 4. Arrangement of interviews 5. Travel arrangement for all departments (flights, accommodation, visa, travel insurance etc.) 6. Maintain good records of all administrative data e.g. updating of organization chart, leave calendar updates, public holiday records, training records, time off records etc. 7. Arrangement of group meetings that will be held in Singapore 8. Assist in hotel arrangements for colleagues from other offices worldwide and/or clients. 9. Participation in the preparation of annual company events (if any) 10. To assemble and compile reports as and when requested by the Management and HR Manager. 11. Any other administrative duties as assigned by the Management and HR Manager. Pre-requisites:
