MARKETING & ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: PURPOSE The Marketing, HR & Administration Executive is responsible for all administrative support to the respective teams / departments. He/she will be responsible for any marketing related project as well. This position requires multi-tasking and willing to take up challenges to take up ad-hoc duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Light office management (e.g. ordering of stationary, office supplies).
  • Light facility management (e.g. coordination with suppliers for maintenance services such as for air conditioner, general repair).
  • Supporting the Managing Director on office and team admin requirements.
  • Management of staff welfare such as organizing team bonding activities.
  • Enhancement of Admin related processes and documentations.
  • Meeting rooms schedule management.
  • Tracking of payments.
  • Coordination with clients and suppliers, and third-parties on finance related matters.
  • Work with management, business units, and staff in providing value-adding consultancy, advice, resource and service to attract, retain, train, develop, reward, care and engage our talents.
  • Serve as an effective and neutral channel for employee feedback through regular walkabouts, communication and dialogue sessions with staff so as to build an open and trusting culture.
  • To act effectively as team player with company management and colleagues by taking proactive role in improving overall company performance.
  • Be able to work assigned schedule and occasionally work extended hours upon request.
  • Handle HR issues relating to payroll and work permit applications.
  • Assist in any marketing related projects.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s of Degree in any related qualification
  • Ideally 1-2 years working experience but graduates with the right profile will be considered
  • Excellent communications skills required
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized
  • Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast -pace setting. Must have strong and advance knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word & databases.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to details and accuracy.
  • High adaptability level and fast learner
  • Quick-witted with strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills
  • Ability to complete projects timely and accurately critical
  • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well with others in the fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Possess positive, dynamic, willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback are key to succeed in this position.
