  • Ang Mo Kio * 5 days work * Attractive Salary Package * Company Benefits & Incentives * Consultancy Industry Requirements: * Min 3 years of relevant working experience * Graduate or ongoing studies ideally in International Trad Ang Mo Kio 5 days work Attractive Salary Package Company Benefits & Incentives Consultancy Industry Requirements: Min 3 years of relevant working experience Graduate or ongoing studies ideally in International Trade / Logistics / Customs / Compliance Responsibilities: Office administration - such as answering phones, maintaining office condition and arranging necessary repairs, organizing digital files, ordering stationery and equipment etc Upload shipment information to the company's operative system Organize digital files - gather and save documents related to shipments on files and internal system Keep the information updated in company system Keep services rates updated. Keep files updated. Provide general administrative support to Regional Manager and Ops Manager Provide reports as per Manager requests in regards to shipments status or any matter. Coordinate with IT dept on all office equipment Prepare invoices and reports for agents and ensure all invoices are paid on time Agents/Clients contacts Contact foreign agents/clients and keep them updated in regard to the shipments and billing invoices reports Assist in attending conference calls and meetings. After meetings, meeting minutes preparation and follow-up on updates. Support on quotations and rates. Maintain regular communication with Clients and Agents within the region and with the other regional offices Preparation of regular reports as per Agent/Client specific needs Input and maintain accurate data in system & Basecamp (internal IT systems - both web based) as established by corporate policy/procedures and per system requirements. Escalate to Regional Manager for any situation / issues when it cannot be resolved directly or if the issue requires strategic guidance/decision Support on the preparation of QBRs Implement, administer, and maintain agreed operational processes including Client Workbooks & Country Appendices, region invoice templates, agent details, etc Prepare reports as per Manager's request. Administrative and operational activities as per company needs.
