This position oversees the front desk team. He/she plans, organises and controls the internal administration of the company and participates in formulating the administrative policy. He/she oversees the common services and coordinates departmental reporting and record-keeping systems.o raise awareness on products, brands and companies among targeted customers.
Individual to be involved in:
1. planning, directing and coordinating the administrative operations of the company
2. assisting with the planning of operational and administrative procedures
3. developing and implementing administrative and procedural statements and guidelines for use by staff
4. overseeing the front desk operations including customer enquiries and client bookings
Competencies:
1. Good customer and people handling skills
2. Expertise in customer service best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
3. Proficiency in using CRM systems
