Job Description
Contract Period: From From 1 Apr 2024 to 31 Dec 2024Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
- Handle general reception duties in handling duties such as calls, walk-in enquires and receiving delivery orders.
- Assist students seeking medical help in sick bay and contact form teacher / parents when necessary.
- Manage Tampines Primary School\xe2\x80\x99s generic email account.
- Perform administrative duties to support school meetings and events.
- Assist administration department in projects assigned related to administration.
- Assist school in data entry in areas such as survey coordination or leave of absence of officers.
- Assist school in areas such as filing and document creation.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the school leaders and administration managers
