Frontdesk Customer Services :
- Manage enquiries and requests over the counter and through phone calls.
- Collection of forms and issuing of items when requested by school
Mail Processing :
- Record all incoming & out-going correspondences from MOE internal couriers, SingPost normal mails & registered mails using incoming/outgoing mail registers.
- Disseminate letters, documents and messages to teachers & staff promptly;
- Assist in updating the school organisational chart outside the general office
- Assist to update the staff contact list (mobile phone, email address) and update Administration Manager & School Leaders
- Assist to schedule appointments & booking of venues for school
- Assist in food catering for events and preparation of light refreshment for guests.
- Assist in stock taking of school merchandise
- Assist to update the pigeon holes in the General Office at end of year or when requested by school
- Any other admin duties as and when assigned by the Admin Manager & School Leaders.
Requirement:
-O Level
- have relevant school experience
-have 3 years receptionist experience
Work Location: Toa Payoh
Contract Period: From 01 Dec 2023 to 30 Nov 2024 9 renewal)
Work Hour: \xc2\xb7 Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm,inclusive of 1/2hr lunch break
