  • Manage full spectrum of monthly payroll processing and administration.
  • Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files.
  • preparation of appointment/confirmation letters, insurance claims for Hospital & Surgical and Work Injury Compensation.
  • Manage all regulatory legislation and communicate with the authorities.
  • Preparation and submission of monthly reports and survey returns, etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
  • In charge of preparing payments and keying receipts into the accounting system.
  • Working with the external accountant, to ensure that we are in compliance.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Replying to emails and attending to phone calls.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
