Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Manage / Assist daily administration and operational duties \xc2\xb7 Handling office tasks such as filing, data entry, document scanning, printing, and compiling \xc2\xb7 Generate monthly reports detailing accounts receivable status and end of period account closing activities, sending bill reminders & contacting customers on due invoices if any \xc2\xb7 Ensure that accounting reports and supporting documents follow regulations, standards and practices Other Ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the HOD Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Certificate in Nitec/Diploma in Accounting or other relevant certificate \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience \xc2\xb7 Strong commitment and strict adherence to report deadlines \xc2\xb7 Meticulous, Independent & organised \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office \xc2\xb7 Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity \xc2\xb7 Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment \xc2\xb7 Good communications & interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to start work within a short notice preferred Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,300.00 - $2,600.00 per month Benefits:
