Job Description


1. Provision of office administration and logistical support for smooth operations and working closely with community partners and relevant stakeholders (including vendors/suppliers) 2. Provision of IT/Technical Support for office functioning and maintenance of office equipment and supplies for optimal work and equipment control measures 3. Provision of Corporate Administration to meet the compliance measures of charity governance at the various government portals and funding/proposal requirements 4. Provision of Facilities Management to meet the day to day operations of ECSS programmes and activities, maintaining proper stock inventory and storage controls and work systems
