Administrative Assistant (6 Months Contract)

Job Description


To provide administrative support services to company secretarial team. To ensure administrative activities are in compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with meetings logistics and coordination, as and when required, including scheduling of meetings, booking of venue, , etc.
  • Assist with filing, scanning/photocopying, courier arrangements, and archiving of documents.
  • Assist in tracking work completion, checking and compiling data and organizing papers.
  • Assist with other admin functions and ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum ‘O’ Level requirement with a pass in English.
  • Min 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word) .
  • Good verbal and written communication in English language.
  • Meticulous and willing to learn.
  • Experience in company secretarial works would be an advantage and will be considered converting in the permanent role.
  • Entry level with good administrative and communication skills will be considered.
